Account Specialist

We will rely on you to:

  • Gather necessary information from client or insurer for renewal and analyse renewal terms from market.

  • Prepare quote comparison (quoting slip) and follow up with client regarding renewal instructions.

  • Request/process invoice

  • Issues and queries escalated to client executive prior to final documents sent to client.


What you need to have:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in general insurance

  • Diploma or university degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • Fluent written and spoken English.

  • Proficiency knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Fully FAIS and RE compliant


What makes you stand out:

  • Excellent understanding of corporate general insurance

  • Fluency in Africans language is a plus.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
