Job Description

This is a remote position.

1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

2. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

3. Taking calls and directing them to the right department.

4. Carries out administrative duties

5. Provides information by questions and requests.

6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

7. Experience working for a US Company directly (not through call center or PH agency/company)

4. Administrative writing skills

5. Problem Solving skills

6. Managing processes skills



Technical Requirements:

1. Good working device (laptop/ desktop)

2. Strong internet connection

3. Internet and power backup is a must.
