Job Description
To action incoming or outgoing customer calls, electronic communications, and queries as per agreed standard operating procedures to ensure customer needs and business objectives are met.
Are you someone who has:
Experience in a call Centre environment
Has experience in Long-term insurance customer service
Experience in assisting clients via email or telephone whereby the customer will give you a clear instruction on what and how they need to amend their current policy
Has experience in retention
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Have at least 1-3 years of experience in a long-term insurance call center environment
Has a matric certificate or an equivalent qualification/certificate
You can be a match if you have:
Have experience in an insurance call center environment
Good communication skills
Exceptional telephonic skills
