Internal Business Process Perspective:


Frontline Support

  1. Co-ordinates and operated the switchboard in a timely and efficient manner by responding to external and internal telephonic queries and redirecting callers to the correct responsible party where necessary.

  2. Ensures that employee lists are updated on a regular basis.

  3. Records and relays accurate messages and relays relevant and accurate information to callers and visitors.

  4. Provides general administration and office support.

  5. Sorts and distributes mail and other correspondence.

  6. Schedules appointments and books meeting rooms.

  7. Manages and maintains the appearance of the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors, customers and other stakeholders.


People Perspective:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Computer literate


PREFERRED QUALIFICATION/S

  • Post-matric certificate or diploma in administration or customer service.


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

·        2 years’ experience within a similar role

·        Valid driver’s license is advantageous

·        Competence in the MS Office suite


ATTRIBUTES

·        High level of English proficiency

·        Financial acumen with high levels of attention to detail
