Job Description
We are looking for experienced Cold Callers and Appointment Setters who will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to engage with prospective clients, generate interest in our products or services, and nurture leads to facilitate their seamless transition into our acquisition pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls
- Touch base with existing clients to maintain relationships and assess potential upsell opportunities
- Engage with potential clients over the phone, providing them with a general understanding of our products and services
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of our products and services to address client inquiries.
- Handle email communications
- Respond to inquiries generated through our website promptly
- Input leads and relevant information into our Customer Relationship Management system, HubSpot
- Identify and qualify leads to determine their potential as clients
- Set appointments for our sales team members
- Meet or exceed a daily call quota of 100+ calls
Requirements
- Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software
- Proficiency in using Method CRM is a huge plus
- Proficiency in using dialer software, such as DialPad, RingCentral, and Mojo Dialer
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
